Effective 1/1/08, Worldwide Auto Online, LLC is in no way affiliated, partnered or associated with Steve Neveau or Auto Parts Specialists of Florida or any of it's Owner's, Employees or Representatives.  Any claims, warranties, guarantees or promises that are made or have been made by this individual or any employee or representative of Auto Parts Specialists will not be honored by Worldwide Auto Online, LLC, unless approved in writing by the management staff of Worldwide Auto Online, LLC.

OUR SPECIAL GUARANTEE TO YOU......

Worldwide Auto Online, LLC, owner and operator of Worldwide-Auto-Online.com insures that all parts are tested and checked prior to being shipped to our Customer.  For that reason, we guarantee that each and every product purchased from us is in good working condition, unless otherwise stated.  If a product is not in good working condition when installed, we will gladly exchange the part.

We offer a limited parts warranty on all parts that are purchased and a hassle-free exchange policy which protects your investment and gives you the peace of mind you expect when making a purchase.

Worldwide Auto Online, LLC is not responsible for any warranties, guarantees or promises made by any independent sales representative(s), unless approved in writing by the management staff of Worldwide Auto Online, LLC.

 

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Worldwide Auto Online, LLC has a 30 Day Refund and Exchange policy.

All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. No Exceptions.

Restocking Charges will apply for all returns AFTER 30 days. No Exceptions.

Exchanges beyond 30 days of purchase date are handled as a warranty claim.

No refunds will be given for:

** Electrical Parts, unless the part is defective and Worldwide Auto Online, LLC is notified within 3 business days of delivery.  No Exceptions.  Please make sure that you are ordering the proper part for your vehicle.

**  Shipping charges.  No Exceptions.  If a part is defective, shipping charges will be the responsibility of Worldwide Auto Online, LLC for the exchange of the part.

** Parts that have been used or installed in a vehicle, unless the part is identified as defective, within 3 business days of delivery.

No Exchanges will be given for:

** Parts that have been ordered or shipped incorrectly, unless Worldwide Auto Online, LLC is notified within 7 days of delivery.

** Parts that have been tampered with or installed into a vehicle, UNLESS the part is defective and Worldwide Auto Online, LLC is notified within 7 business days of delivery.

All Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days of receipt of returned part.

Restocking Charges

Worldwide Auto Online, LLC has a 40% restocking fee on ALL returned parts.

Restocking charges are not negotiable.

Please make sure that you are ordering the correct part for your vehicle. 

No Restocking Fee will be assessed on any Defective Part, provided Worldwide Auto Online, LLC is notified within 30 days of purchase date.
