Effective 1/1/08, Worldwide Auto Online, LLC is in no way affiliated, partnered or associated with Steve Neveau or Auto Parts Specialists of Florida or any of it's Owner's, Employees or Representatives.  Any claims, warranties, guarantees or promises that are made or have been made by this individual or any employee or representative of Auto Parts Specialists will not be honored by Worldwide Auto Online, LLC, unless approved in writing by the management staff of Worldwide Auto Online, LLC.

Shipping

Most parts are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx, or Airborne. For parts too large for UPS or other standard delivery means will be shipped by commercial truck.

 

Shipping charges

Worldwide Auto Online, LLC's online database calculates shipping for your order and includes it in your price quote, unless otherwise stated.

 

Delivering to a business address

The price quoted for delivery of these items is based on delivery to a business address with the ability to unload a Freight Truck with the proper equipment (i.e. forklift).

 

Delivering to a residential address

Items too large or heavy for UPS must be shipped by commercial truck. These companies charge a substantial fee to accommodate residential deliveries. We will require an additional fee of $150 to $200 to get to a residence.

The estimated time required for delivery is based on weekday deliveries (add time for holidays and weekends).


Delivery Options

All quoted prices include delivery, unless otherwise stated.

Most items are shipped UPS ground, price determined by weight and size of a package.

Same-day, overnight, second-day and international shipping options are available on most parts through UPS, FedEx and commercial truck carriers.

Items requiring truck shipments to remote locations may affect costs. We will get your approval before parts are shipped.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Delivery costs must be calculated by your Worldwide Auto Online, LLC representative.

 

Damages Due To Shipping

Worldwide Auto Online, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage due to shipping.  All parts are examined and tested thoroughly prior to shipping, so any part that is damaged upon receipt is considered shipping damage.  

If a part is damaged (cracks, dents, etc) before shipping, we will get buyer approval, prior to shipping, and damage will be notated on the delivery paperwork.  

All Damages must be reported to Worldwide Auto Online, LLC within 24 hours of delivery.  If damages are not reported within the specified timeframe, all warranties and guarantees will be voided and Worldwide Auto Online, LLC will take no responsibility for the working condition of the part.

All damage and loss claims must be directed to the Freight company that delivered your parts.

No Refunds are given on Shipping Costs.  

Shipping Costs to return a Non-Defective Part are the responsibility of the customer.
